The Zanolli Rotor Wind 3E is a high-performing single rack electric rotating convection oven specifically designed to meet the rigorous demands of bakery and pastry production. Utilizing a full-height roll-in rack that accommodates up to 18 trays (600 x 400 mm), it features an intuitive hooking mechanism for efficient and rapid loading and unloading of trolleys. This innovative design supports bulk baking, ensuring even baking results through consistent airflow and gentle rotation of products within the chamber.

Boasting up to a generous 4.3 m² baking surface area and a maximum temperature of 300°C, the Rotor Wind 3E is engineered for high-volume output. The roll-in system allows easy insertion of trolleys into rotating guides, ensuring dependable oven operation and facilitating high volume production.

The oven’s rotating rack system guarantees perfect uniformity in heat distribution, resulting in consistent baking and browning. An efficient air distribution system, enhanced by armored heating elements, minimizes hot spots and optimizes cooking effectiveness, allowing items to cook more quickly and increasing throughput in busy kitchens. The integrated steam extraction fan, controlled through the main interface, facilitates the immediate expulsion of steam and heat, enhancing overall baking quality.

Fully constructed from stainless steel, including the baking chamber, the Rotor Wind 3E features user-friendly electromechanical controls that simplify operation. These controls enable precise management of temperature via a digital thermoregulator, along with ventilation, rack rotation, steam extraction, and steaming functions. The incorporated steamer diffuses steam evenly throughout the oven chamber, creating a shinier, thinner crust and increasing bread volume. An end-of-cooking timer with a high-volume buzzer remains active until manually turned off, while adjustable interior lighting improves visibility during operation.
